When collaborating with colleagues transnationally -- whether that is for research/publication or for faculty training or class-to-class connection -- what would you consider your most effective/impactful practice or experience? I am thinking about technological/logistical issues as well, but I'd like to read perspectives and dos/don'ts regarding creating and sustaining collaborations, developing meaningful exchanges and enhancing impact, etc.
Getting to know each other through mutual visits is the usual way of getting to know each other. One should not overestimate, but not underestimate, the experience background of such encounters. One has to deal more with one's own institutional history, but also with the historical development in the other. Can build a network of relationships and, for example, start joint environmental education projects.
To enhance the spirit of cooperation in the field of scientific research between us, as well as to provide the appropriate atmosphere for conducting the best scientific research.
