I am collectiing targets informations of a set of compounds by using the ChEMBL databases. And I notice in the ChEMBL Target Search Results website, there is a "bioactivities" column. The value of each target varied a lot (range from 10-10000). It would be greatly appreciated if you can tell me what the "bioactivities" means in this databases and how to choose suitable cut-off value to screen the right targets.

It indicated how many hits (Bioactivity informations) were found in this category(e.g. for this protein) in the database. There should be a hyperlink on the number, which leads you to the list of these items, enumerating types of assays, compounds and potencies. However, I find a lot of links that just lead to database errors.
