I would like to obtain a circular polarisation for antenna working at 5.8 GHz using a simple feeding no need to an external device. A bandwidth around 150 Mhz without using two orthogonal excitations or coupler device.

Polarisation can be obtained by Partially Reflective Surface in the place of High Impedance Surface? And it is more efficient  technique in the place of polarisation technique feed of the antenna?

It s known that PRS controls attenuation coefficient and HIS allows to change the phase.
