Hi Llinos - Im not sure about online survey rates but response rates to questionnaires in general are about 60% in the UK. Have a look at the UK Understanding Society website as they have published reports about reponse rates to their interview and survey waves. Sam

Thanks Sam. I've scoped a bit of the literature and seen on-line response rates around 70% and around 50%, so at the moment 60% sounds sensible. I will have a look at the Understanding society website. too :-)

To answer my own question - I've scoped a bit more and it looks around 36%, but that's only on the papers that I found in a quick scoping search, not systematic.
