In my opinion, I advise you to go through risk management. However, you can not say what is the newest, it better if you figure out your gab or problem statement based on reading the literature review for previous studies then you can conclude what is the gab or problem statement the need to address. I think that it can be multi-project management not only under the umbrella of one program but also in cross -program environment with using AI for Decision Making.

A challenging and important project management subject to study and report on is "The effectiveness of SAFe (scaled agile framework) for software development organizations" This study can be based on a review of the commercial training products, interviews with managers leading corporate implementation, and then review of organizations that have difficulty and even have abandoned the the approach.
