This is Monstera deliciosa (Araceae) which is an edible fruit. But the plant is poisonous and only the ripe fruit is said to be edible. Even the unripe fruit can be harmful.

It is called window leaf plant or Swiss cheese plant or Fruit salad plant in english  and is used asanti-inflammatory and fibrinolytic agents in Chinese medicine.They also use this for fever and cough.

Many papers are available on its medicinal properties:-like Assessment of cytotoxic activities of Phyllanthus amarus and Monstera deliciosa.

Monstera deliciosa Liebm. belongs to the family Araceae(Arum family) commonly called windowleaf. It is an easy houseplant to maintain. It occurs naturally in the tropical jungles of Central America from southern Mexico to Panama. The immature fruit of the windowleaf is poisonous but when ripe makes a delicious tropical flavored treat. Plants cultivated for fruit are usually grown on the ground in half shade, like pineapple. All parts of Monstera deliciosa are poisonous except the ripe fruits. The plant contains oxalic acid and even the ripe fruits may be an irritant to particularly sensitive people.

the fruit you show is called "Mexican breadfruit", it is the fruit of Monstera deliciosa. It is delicious, when ripe, but it contains calcium oxaltate raphides, which cause a burning sensation in your tongue and throat. You should not consume big amounts of the fruit, because calcium oxalate might cause problems in the kidneys if ingested too much.
