PAni always consists of basically globular primary particles which have a diameter of quite exactly 10 nm. These consist of relatively short chains with bout a12 monomer units, the chains have a helical conformation.

Also PAni nano sheets are composed of thin layers of agglomerated primary particles, they may agglomerates in fibrillar or other secondary morphology.

I probably did not make the same sheet as Fatemeh did, but in case she would use the same resolution (and for SEM: do NOT use sputtering with Au, but with C / carbon!), she will see the same as I have shown in many SEM pictures which you can find the in chapters which I cited in my answer above.

Depends on the procedure and mechanism that used to prepare this polymer.
