I wanna conduct a study with following aspects:
• Students’ perceptions/conceptions/experiences towards student-centred teaching
• A small sample (two university with 20 students, 10 from each university)
• Interview will be preferred data collection technique
My question, what would be the preferred theoretical and methodological framework for this study? (please suggest me except phenomenography)

It seems that this is a pilot study, judging from the size of the sample. Generally, for this type of study with a much larger sample (around 450) the survey is the correct method to collect data. As in any scientific study, a theoretical background is needed.

Maybe you can try to read on John Biggs' 3P Model of teaching and learning. It has been referred to in studies related to student-centred learning.
You may want to consider a qualitative research design. The interviews with participants could be unstructured, semi-structured or structured. Also, you may want to consider an inductive approach -- if you wish to generate your own theory from the findings. (Though this may be challenging as you would need to convince the examiners/reviewers that your theory is solid).

Yes i want interview with semi-structure protocol ...however i want to use existing methodological framework rather than identifying new one ..would be great if anyone recommend an existing framework that serve my purpose in the area of qualitative ..thanks
I am not sure what you mean by "methodological framework" -- could you give us some examples of the options that you are considering?
The methodology will follow the framework ..for example : in phenomenographic approach ...the methodology follows the phenomenographic approach ...now i am looking for another qualitative research approach that match/serves my purpose
