I am very keen in knowing various control strategies and control philosophies. So far the things I have known as controllers are PID's, and non linear controllers like Sliding mode, H - infinity, Model predictive control etc. In this context I have certain questions as follows:
1)Other than this controllers which are prevalent for a long time, what could be the control of the next level?
2)How control would shape itself in a better way or futuristic way to handle various advanced and complex situations?
3)Will that simply be the advanced and complicated versions of the above mentioned controllers?
4) Will that next level control be simple yet effective to be said as next level control?
Please give your specific views and constructive answers in this regard.
