The architectural, service, & interior designs run consequently for a project, but at certain point of design coordination of them have to be done & the collision of them would bring-up few puzzles to set the portrait right!! With respect to time what would be the Right time to ring the bell for coordination.?
According to Lean Philosophy, you have to begin coordination from the project startup, make a solid plan of what to do in the next months, and have weekly meetings to control the project.
A constant coordination is a good practice for the project to run smoothly.
I appreciate your lines, but here in this context, co-ordination has certain stages where it begins but project startup wouldn't be a stage for it.
