0.2 M of Aniline and 0.5M of sulfuric acid gives a polyaniline film on stainless steel. there I used 6 mA of current for 200s in three electrode setup. But this film does not give a good long lasting cycling behavior.

Generally while electropolymerizing aniline in inorganic acid medium like sulphuric acid, one must look into the potential window for electrodeposition. Keeping potential window between -0.2 V to 0.8 Volts, one can deposit PANI film by cyclic voltammetry. Keeping low scan rate, you can get thin PANI film.
