if there is a rotating center table , having a a laser light(monochromatic) on the table , now there is a boundary of symmetric mirror wall . assume that the table is rotating at speed of light. what will happen with the path of traveling light ? will it form a spiral ?

The statement about rotating at the speed of light doesn't make sense, since angular velocity doesn't have the same dimensions as linear velocity.
A rotating frame is a non-inertial frame, so it's a straightforward exercise in general relativity (though it can get quite tricky technically) to write down the geodesic equation in such a metric and solve it. Just look up any textbook on general relativity. What you're after is motion of test particles in the Kerr spacetime.
