There were some Enclaves between India and Bangaldesh since the times of kings. After settlement between the two countries some Enclaves were annexed to Bangladesh and some to Indian territory in recent years. I want to have a quantitative study on Socio-Economic condition of Enclave inhabitants ( annexed Indian territory) . At the same time I want to elicit some qualitative data on their pre-merger expectaion on Education and SES from Indian Government and the post-merger reality . What should be the appropriate design and tools of the study ?
