Hello Manuel, thank you for the opportunity to participate in your survey. I'm excited to see more work on integrating ecosystem service concepts with social process (we can also call them social system services!) -- We recently published a paper with an integrated conceptual framework that I think (I hope) will interest you. We merged ecosystem services with social process concepts provided by Vanclay 2002 and others in the social impact assessment literature. These include processes like economic activity, institutional and legal processes, and empowerment processes, which we have found to be more comprehensive and illustrative of the complexities of SES and the social and ecological interdependencies - beyond cultural services. 

Also, I appreciate the way you are framing ecosystem services as disservices, too. I'd add and argue that social system services and disservices also influence both the social system itself and the ecological system. An example is litigation over public lands: a process taking place in the social system, which is both directly beneficial and detrimental to different people and communities, and indirectly beneficial or detrimental to ecosystems and resources, depending on the outcome of the litigation...
