Some superplasticisers come with set accelerating properties as well. Not sure, if any other element in your cementitious material is acting as an accelerating agent or it is really the superplasticiser. If your mix doesn't have any other element that is accelerating the reaction/setting then you can either go for standard polycarboxylic superplasticiser or superplasticiser with a set retarder that slows down your reaction. I used Glenium 79 from BASF, which gave very good results. Thank you so much for all responses. Currently my team change to polycarboxylic based superplasticizer and it improve the workability of the mix very well. Just to check the compressive stength soon. 

along with the superplasticizer you can use VMA also it may helps you.
