i plan on comparing the percentage of completed serum drug lab testing pre-intervention to the percentage of completed serum drug lab testing post-intervention
I suggest to create a database:
the first column called "intervention" (codified in 0=pre intervention; 1= post intervention)
the second column called "Percentage" in which you write the percentages
Use the shapiro wilk test to assess the normality (or more probably not) distribution of the percentages and then perform the Student T test (or the Mann Whitney test) to identify signficant differences before and after intervention.
