Suggest the theoretical principle of pressure measurement at any point in the delivery side of a pump. What type of pressure is it? If a piezoelectric pressure sensor is used to measure pressure of any point of the delivery side, what type of pressure it will measure? How can i compare this pressure with theoretical value? how the theoretical value of pressure can be measured?

As I see it, this is a multipart question. Piezoelectric ceramics respond to applied pressure and produce polarization which can be measured easily (V for open circuit and current for closed circuit). The measured value can be calibrated to give the value of pressure by having knowledge of the piezoelectric coefficient.
The pressure thus obtained would be actual pressure inside the delivery tube. You can easily calculate the theoretical pressure by knowing the pump parameters. I don't remember the specific details but it had something to do with net positive suction head (NPSH).
