I personally think that this aspect would heavily involve with the HR management.
For who in the recruitment department should meticulously tackle these kind of interviews before do the evaluation and assessment. Therefore, eventually, the could pick who could work in which type of profession or even if the candidate could able to have enough of the qualities to meet that company's requirement.
