I implemented IR2101 drivers to trigger IGBTs of a qZS inverter but the drivers broke down after a while. I think the triggering circuit of a qzsi should be based on optocouplers. I'm looking for a straightforward circuit . I've seen several triggering circuits but the components are not easy to find.
