Thank you Dear Biria. I have this book. And I have Praat software for manual segmentation. But i am looking for automatic segmentation tool supporting Arabic language.

What do you mean by "automatic Arab speech segmentation"?
1. Do you mean segmentation of the acoustic speech signal into phonemes (or speech sounds), syllables or words? If so, do you think it will differ from similar segmentations for languages other than Arab?
2. Or do you mean automatic recognition (i.e. transcription, identification) of speech sounds for Arab?
If you mean a segmentation into syllable-sized intervals, then you could consider the automatic segmentation provided by Prosogram.
If you mean phoneme recognition, then you may want to consult the answers for the question on "phonetic transcription of languages".

You should contact Brigitte Bigi, Aix-en-Provence, whose SPPAS software is designed to do just what you are looking for. The tool is language-independent and modules have been developed for several languages. Whether Arabic is included I do not know. However, a tutorial for developing your own module for any language is included. If you search the internet you will find publications by Brigitte on this tool.

For HMM algorithm, you can use HTK (HMM tool Kit). HTK can do automatic segmentation and labeling.
