You could try raising awareness of unconscious bias by discussing it with your colleagues or arrange a department or whole-institute seminar on the topic.
Harvard University offer a very useful resource which lets users take implicit bias tests for free, to identify areas in which they might have unintentional bias, in the hope that they might take conscious steps to improving the fairness of their decisions.
