Covid-19 pandemic but not disaster. In covid only cycle stop for time being but not destroyed that major difference thus work accordingly. Consider covid as an opportunity not threat than you have not found any problem. In home when something not available women adjust accordingly and made arrangements similarly work according to situation. In covid no hard fast rule available.

Theoretical framework must link the two dimensions of pandemic and intentions. In this situation a mixed approach may be more appropriate. Intention as a concept is available in different studies but it's relationship and effects by pandemic are new. It may need a rigorous theoretical interpretation.

It's practical work shop where work accordingly condition. It's opportunity for entrepreneur for example mask, ppe kits etc. No world focus onnafter affect of covid.

I think you can use Health belief Model and protection motivation Theory for encouraging people in doing preventive behaviors.

For measuring people Intention you can use Theory of Planned Behavior.

Majority of IT company grow faster than COVID-19 situation. It evidently proves covid opportunity than threat. Majority company offer work from home and not it's new environment. One side it reduce the office cost or liability of company and other side it's advantage and opportunity for employees to work freely and independently
