For the calibration curve from the square wave voltammetric measurements, what is the possible justification or theoretical explanation for the relationship logarithmic concentration vs current?

There is no way of telling because you have not told us what the concentration means. If you told us what the current and concentration refer to and what the setup was then perhaps someone might be able to give an explanation.

An exponential term appears in lots of physics equations. That results in a log relationship if turned around.
