Insulator Semiconductor Oxide (ISO) and Insulator Transparent Oxide ITO
I think, it's meant the same. A tranparent oxide (--> with a large band gap) is an usually doped semiconductor (n-type).
ITO is indium tin oxide, one of many transparent conducting oxides (TCO). I suspect ISO is the same except people form the abbreviation with the element symbol (Sn) instead of the english name.
