Hi, the project I'm working on is a 2x2 within-subject experiment (with which I am using repeated measures ANOVA to analyze) on negative mood and the bystander effect on helping behaviour.

I conducted a baseline mood test (1-7 Likert scale) at the start of the experiment and now I want to see if their baseline mood affected their decision to help (yes or no) across the 4 conditions. This is to check if their internal mood confounded the experiment. So far I was thinking that a logistic regression would make the most sense but am unsure.

Please help :(
