What specific in V2X mechanism can be considered as part of Industry 4.0?
Your question is very general. I do not belive in V2V, but only in a communication between car to server and the server talks to the cars.
What do you mean with Automotive Industry 4.0? We usually consider industry 4.0 in general which means all and nothing.
In general, Industry 4.0 is more focused on productivity, specific to supply chain.
Here in Automotive, Industry 4.0 (L4) includes e.g. connected cars. Since V2X is already a concept and available solution, hence what issue of V2X we can take as part of L4(Industry 4.0) is the question?
First of all...in general it's a common, industry 4.0 and the whole IT industries is shifting towards it. It simply means making way for concepts like Artificial intelligence, cloud computing etc., A V2V communication isn't a part of industry 4.0, maybe it will pave way for automated driving , something which automotive Giants are working into.
