What software do you recommend to analyze the frequency of pulsation in a soap film?

We have time-lapse photo and video data of pulsating soap film catenoids from which we need to extract the frequency of pulsation. Any suggestions on which software/packages to use for this task would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
