If you have a Mac, Osirix App is a real powerfull tool. With this program you do 3D Curve MPR and than you can measure the axis and get gut estimation of the volume.

No specific software is necessary just using digital MRI T2-weighted viewed on axial, sagittal, and coronal images.

Thanks Steven, but I want to get the real volume, which needs some manual segmentation. We want to compare the MRI BME volumes with other modalities. For these we have a software which is able to get the real volume.

You can use "Osirix" or "Minpav". We use the first one.
