I have successfully deposited PDMS ( 30um width and 10 um thickness line) on glass substrate but now issue is the detachment. I tried sacrificial layer of poly acrylic acid but during detachment surface tension of water is high. I have also studied about Daxtron, PMMA as well but need help to detach high resolution structure without damage.
You could try poly-vinyl alcohol (PVA). See the following RG discussion:

If you are looking for a disolvable polymer for the job, I would recommend PVDF of PVF.

I have tried different sacrificial materials other than above mentioned in other questions. But in my case, I am detaching printed mesh PDMS which is not being successful may be due to low mechanical forces between mesh structure. Any other possible way to detach PDMS mesh structure? In my case thickness is almost 10 um and width of mesh line is almost 30 um.
