There are some articles that consider outcomes of using social media in education, but I can not find many that try to use findings or experience to develop a pedagogy around using social media... What articles best speak to this?
There are abundant articles out there addressing individual social media platforms as learning tools.
I think that a big concern that has not been widely scrutinized in the scholarly literature is student privacy when using social media.
Maybe private rules int eh US are much more strict than in other countries, but in the US, it is illegal if the general public can see what students are taking a certain class, which would be true if social media is used in certain ways.
