I had an experiment. I made a foam, supposedly of density 28 kg/m^3. But the actual density resulted to only 25 kg/m^3. What I did was, I added 5% of each PPG, POP, TDI, Water and Methyl Chloride. The resulting foam just increased in height but not in density. Now, I am planning to increase 5% of PPG, 10% POP from the original amount. Also, I want to lessen the amount of water and methyl chloride, since these affects greatly the height of the product. Is it right?
