I am doing a paper work about designing a solar plant with a rankine cycle. I know that I can boil the water until 540ºC and I have the desired amount of work in the turbines. What pressures should I choose to operate my rankine cycle?
For a reheat Rankine cycle, the optimum reheat pressure is 0.20-0.25 of the initial steam pressure (boiler pressure). You can get more details about it in section 2.6 of this book: Nag, P. K. Power plant engineering. Tata McGraw-Hill Education, 2002.

More details are required for accurate answer, however, in general, the inlet turbine pressure is related to the working fluid properties and temperature value.
