to evaluate the making decisions you can apply the methodology of radar chart. This methodology based on average period of maturation allow you to measure and know what kind of management makes a company. It allow too form clusters and each cluster have its own measure of risk of management. Currently, I get conclusion that culture of a country o region, where the company is located, have its effecto on kind of management. Nevertheless, independently of last matter the methodolgy of radar chart allow you to measure the risk of management on each area represented on a radar chart.

Thank you for the suggestions. I will test the mediation effect of individual diffirences in decision making style and organizational practices. I will consider the part for risk propensity. As for cultural diffrrences, if I add them I feam my questionnaire volume will make respondents unwilling to participate.

I think it's important to start by defining specifically the dependent variable: organizational practices could be organizational structure, organization work, communication, delegation, recruitment and selection; training and development,...

You have to select wisely the different dimensions of this variable.

But, I think, personally, it would be more relevant to study organizational practices as mediator variable, and performance as a dependent variable.

I struggle to find comprehensive measures of performance since my level of study is the managerial role rather than organizations perspective.  My interest is on how individual differences affect managers style of decision making. On the other hand how style would have effect on performance that is hard for me to design.
