Recently, my attention is drawn to Gallium Oxide. Let's have a talk over Ga2O3 and open questions of Ga2O3 and being more specific on point defect modification and unintentional doping of Ga2O3.
Also unintentional doping of Ga2O3 is a matter of interest.

Stusy of optical, electrical and dielectric properties of this material will be interesting. Point defect in this material can be generated either by doping it or by irradiating it with high energy ionizing radiation (Electron beam, Proton beam, Neutrons or Gamma irradiation). These irradiation will also create defect in the material. Gamma irradiation will generate electron hole pair in this material, which will be trapped and generate point defects in this.
