The next day, you replied:

John Francis Miller researchers nowadays do everything to increase RG Score in order to prove themselves very stronger in the research field. I have seen such examples from my own country (Nepal). I don't know where are we going with these thoughts? Being an early-career professional, I feel very disappointed that we are focusing less on real science and development.

Why 3 peaks?!

One peak indicate narrow particle size range .

Hi Saket Dolare - if you are expecting 3 peaks, could it be that the 3 peaks are too close to be resolved (must be further apart than factor 3x), or some fall outside the useful range of DLS (~1nm to a few microns)? Another potential pitfall is comparing to a different technique, maybe number based, yet the intensity based DLS may "only" see the largest contribution. It would be best to show some data and state what you expected for the sample and why.
