The paper based questionnaires and interview methods appear to be risky in covid time in terms of disease transmission by the processes . So I need the alternative method of data collection where we could not come in contact. Can you suggest such methods for observational and some extent analytical study design?

For interviews, I suggest that you select (1) contacts in LinkedIn [or other social media] or (2) answers of your questionnaires to posterior online meetings [interviews] in Zoom, Skype or Google Meets.

I suggest a comparison between the sample and population profiles, greater samples, and the usage of different strategies like vignettes and/or [quasi]experiments - all of these possibilities could minimize bias. However, It is very hard to argue that we have non-biased data [probabilistic]. Especially in paid platforms like MTurk. Selection bias is always a problem with primary data =[
