What method should I use in delivering plasmids to Artemia (brine shrimp)? Will only incubation in plasmid solution work?

I'm trying to find an economically friendly method (for later commercial used in shrimp farm) to deliver antiviral plasmid to Artemia (which later will be fed to shrimp larvae), but I haven't found any methods without plasmid transfection with reagents. Has someone ever experienced/read/heard this or have any ideas in mind? Thank you.

Hi.

I would try hydrodynamic DNA delivery of adults near their ovaries. Some DNA will get into ovaries and some of the offspring will be transgenic. Add GFP to visualize as a proof of concept.

Sperm-mediated transformation may also work.
