Hi all,

I am going to install a tar measurement system for tar collection and measurement of the syngas that exits my pilot scale gasifier, which is by the way a rotary kiln, and I am following a European standard procedure for tar and particle measurement for biomass gasification available on www.tarweb.net. My feed stock is mainly plastic mixtures, rubber. In the procedure it is suggested that the first module, which includes tubes, valves, fittings, and filters, etc. must be kept at high temperature (about 300-350 C), however, I could not find any trace heating that can heat the module up to that high temperature. Could you please share any experience or thought that can make that trace heating possible.
