I need to attach the optical fiber to the glass substrate by strong glue or something else and then clean the sample in the Piranha solution.
Pt-Ir, fluorine tin oxide, Pyrex glass, SS, are very resistant to piranha solution, but glue I don't think so, maybe if you have a very diluted Piranha solution and do a very careful cleaning of the piece, the integrity of your piece will be safe.
How long are you cleaning for? Are we talking 1/5/10/20 min?
This may be a stupid answer because I have not tried it, but you could try Kapton tape (polyimide).
I know it is resistant to aqua regia (HCl + HNO3), HNO3 + H2O2 and HF solutions (+H2O2 / + H2O2 / + H3PO4 / + Br2 / + I2).
Just make sure you firmly adhere the tape, removing as many bubbles as possible.

I remembered I had a table of chemical resistance, now attached. Kapton is the 11th column. It is rated 1 (excellent resistance) for most chemicals.

Daler R. Dadadzhanov in the table of chemical resistance that Jules Lloyd Hammond attached Kapton tape has very good resistant to peroxomonosulphuric acid (piranha), I let attached the print of the page., so that can be a good solution.
