My photoanode based material must be ZnO and what modification can be made to increase the novelty? I'm thinking to add WO3 to become WO3/ZnO. Is that good enough?
For photocathode, is TiO2/CuO or ZnO/CuO is better in the photoactivity?

I think you should try iron oxide and titania with zinc oxide altogether to get better result

Sir, for photoanode WO3/ZnO is good and for photocathode TiO2/CuO, this combination will show high photoactivity.
