Employability in social sector represents for a group of professionals/semi-professionals who have strong determination and skills to serve the local and international community. Growing demand of such professionals in social sector looks for 'dynamic and appropriate skills' which can serve the public and private organisation/agencies (national/international) and community at large. Thanks Paul. Is there any scale (research paper) to measure cognitive flexibility and emotional intelligence of a manager with the growing experience in social sector ?
If the neasurenent is accomplished by self assessed survey, no scale can beat (0,1,2,3,) where 0 = none, 1 = low, 2 = medium, and 3 = high. For objective test, one could emulate psychomdtric scaled commonly used in the field.
