US President Donald Trump received three-day treatments at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., after being diagnosed with COVID-19 on Friday (2 Oct). He has been discharged from WRNMMC on Monday and back to the WH (5 Oct).
Disregard the political issues, what make an excellent prognosis?

I think there are two sides to this. First, despite being discharged from Walter Reed, he still receives quite comprehensive care at the White House. A level regular patients discharged from a hospital would never receive. And secondly, the medications he was given. He received an experimental antibody therapy (that has shown promising results), remdesivir (usually only allow for off-label use in sever sars covid-19 cases) and dexamethasone.
Psychosis secondary to dexamethasone seems to have had a significant role.
As a completely rookie regarding politics in U.S, I still "smell" just political issues in this situation...
There are two alternatives, both raising serious questians about the presidents suitability for his position;
Either he never tested positive and the Covid-19 infection is all a scam.
Alternatively he did test positive, and high on Dexamethasone , or just from the infatuation of his own splendor, disregards every shred of common sense.
Unfortunately, putting others in harms way was never a concern of his anyway.
