GIS is still a new tool for Architecture Schools in Spain - when we talk about how this tool could be useful before, during and after planning. I am searching for a method and also experiences that have had great results.

cooperative learning is a effective approach . approach is more general than the method. approach include several methods. cooperative learning has several styles. one of them GIGSAW 2. I think we can apply Gigsaw 2 to teach geodesign in Architecture Schools.

The importance of GIS tool on planning process is still an innovative approach. At first time many students could confuse simple 3D modeling or 2D CAD approach with GIS tools. For this reason in my opinion should be important the teaching of geographic reference systems and the association of the models with external databases for implementation of semantic information, in order to show the and clarify the importance of GIS approach on planning activities.
