The first data graph is more aesthetically pleasing and clearer than the second graph. To make my paper looking nicer, I am wondering with which software it is produced. (The second graph was created by SigmaPlot software).

It is also possible to create such a graph by MATLAB using a customised colormap.

However, the main difference between the graphs is the interpolation (smoothing) between the data points. That looks nice, but pretends an accuracy which is not connected to the measured data anymore.
So be careful when using interpolated/smoothed data due to "cosmetic" reasons. The content - not the visualisation - should always be the most important thing.
Thank you for your kind suggestion! I have tried origin and matlab software. Just now, I have successfully achieved the desired effect with a geological mapping software "surfer", just like the first figure style. Also,I want to make it clear that those two figures mentioned above are irrelevant to each other. This process does not involve smooth treatment.
