Enlisting the greywater pollution effects and associated may be helpful for greywater management. What sort of problems and affects are important to select the best strategies for greywater management. Please suggest some greywater management methodology.

As already mentioned this is a really hot topic mainly considering the water scarcity issues nowadays. Greywater can be seen, for sure as an alternative water source for many purposes. However, this will depend on a good and proper managemen and also of course it will depend on which purpose you want to reuse/recover it.
It can be the case that you would not need strict treatment performances and high removal rates of biological, physical and chemical agents. Or it can also be the case that you would need really good treatment systems.
There are several guidelines to be followed and therefore i would recommend you to get some key words and look at the internet. As an example, take a look at the following links.

As mentioned, it is very hot topic. Especially with shortage of fresh water resources. Multi-level treatment of waste water is very important to reduce treatment cost. For example separation of waste drainage system. Also, capacity building of importance of this sources such as explanations of house holders of its importance. Irrigation Complex system could be an effective tool in this regard. At the end, monitoring of water quality is the basic to avoid any health hazards.

Ideal mode of treatment is using natural methods ending with phyto-r ie using plants..If the users use bio soaps and detergents then it bevomes better.. The quantification of grey water generation was calculated in terms of average values of hourly, monthly, daily, and annual basis. The average value of observed grey water generation was recorded to be 86.76 (l/person/day (lpd)) liters per capita per day. However, this value was around 64% of that recommended by the Indian Standards (IS: 1172-1963), i.e., water consumption requirement of 135 lpd. Generally, 75% to 85% of wastewater discharge is considered sewage water which includes black and grey water, but in the present case, the lack water is allowed to go into the septic tanks of eac house, hostel, and college because the University campus has no sewage treatment facility.
The grey water quality was found to have a clear cut seasonal variation. The annual data of grey water quality was found to significantly lower the degree of pollutants when compared to the permissible limit of discharge. The grey water organic load on the average and maximum low rate basis was calculated in different seasons of the year. The maximum loading due to average and maximum flow rate was recorded to be significantly higher in the summer season, i.e., 33.31 and 83.34 kg/day, respectively. However, in the winter season, the minimum loading was found to be 24.05 and 52.0 kg/day, respectively, due to the higher organic loading; in the summer season, the maximum loading was due to more consumption of water in the household.

Dear Researchers on Grey water mngmnt.
It is best to use only organic soaps and cleaning material.
Even kitchen utencils wash water use organic powders for degreasing use hot water .
Mostly even if a bit of sewage gets admixed to say within 20 to 25% it is advantageous in treatment.
Have bio remediation of effluent ie pre process can be a course stoned filters, followed by primary treatment with anaerobic fine stones and pebbles.
Next use phyto remediation with elephant grass or cayhna- indica in milti coloured flowers for aesthetics.
This effluent can be used for flush- water and home gardens etc..
The influent being without any chemicals is ideal for all reuse options..
