What criteria do digital natives use to make decisions that have to do with their personality and family, social and work environment? If their face-to-face relationship decreases due to the use of technologies, how do they recognize the degree of responsibility they must have with their social and environmental environment?

First of all I wonder if the hypothesis of the decreasing face-to-face interaction really is true, because if you consider yourself (or are considered) as a digital native this must not mean that f-t-f interaction decreases but can also mean that other modes of interaction occur additionally (like via messengers, social media plattforms, forums or message boards). In other words: the interaction and communication could just become more diverse. So I would ask for a perspective that can picture the development or change, otherwise one's perspective could be biased.
This also applies to ethics of 'Millenials'. I guess their ethical compass will be as diverse as everyone elses or every other generation before. It could be intersting to ask in which way new technologies like the internet or new communication media could have changed some relations to ethics, but that would be a question which is (or will be) framed by the specific theoretical approach on the empirical data (and the specific research etc.). By trying to categorize one risks to lose the diverse ethical approaches Millenials (could) have, too. That's why I think it would be very important to give the studies that present empirical evidence a close look in terms of their theoretical and methodological approach. This should also be considered when planing research about this (or other) groups of people in my opinion, because the specifc approach one uses is not only descriptive, it is productive (in terms of subjection) in the first place.
One has to grow up in an ethical environment where one sees how their mentors respond to ethical dilemma. Some mentors show care, responsibility, and tight oversight and their students and ju punior colleagues see this and emulate this type of ethic. Other mentors play a hide and seek game in ethical environments all of their workinglives. This unfortunately is also observed and emulated to everyone's detriment.
I believe that ethical values remain recognized and assumed as such in the Millenial generation. The danger stems from the potential of new technologies to influence ethical decisions(through manipulation, distorted presentation of situations).
I think it's not just about being exposed to technology like the Internet but about what they are exposed to. Millennials were still very young when facebook and YouTube, platforms that offer celebrity status with a fan base, took off. These two platforms had a fundamental role in prepping the public, especially millennials, for something bigger-- reality TV shows. What these platforms and reality TV did is give the common public an equal chance to be a world-great of some sort, and millennials who grew up with these options, took full advantage of this opportunity. Generation X, however, especially the oldest among this generation, we're more exposed to stuff like Pegasus, MSN, yahoo searching, SMS messaging online, e-mailing and other facilities, which by the standards of today's developments are considered very rudimentary. As for plurals, they are more exposed to APPS and using APPS to solve problems. Interestingly, they also have a greater preference for unedited photos of themselves and prefer Instagram over Facebook or Line- plurals are just more natural and organic individuals, despising the fakeness of their celebrity-styled millennial counterparts.
It should also be noted that the parents of millennials tend to be the baby boomers whereas the parents of the plurals are the generation Xers-- a generation that deeply despises the system.
