Tapas, now I understand better: your pTSA solution is much too concentrated! I do not remember exact concentration values which we have used (you can find them in my patent(s), also in RG), but maybe you start with 10% solutions, all 3 components.

Plus: you need to cool the DI water / aniline / pTSA solution to about 3°C, and add the APS solution while continuing to cool and keep the temperature around 3 degrees.
