Hi
We've synthesized a thin layer of a nanofiber mat using an electrospinning technique. It is almost impossible to separate the formed layer from the aluminium foil collector. On the other hand, evaluating the antibacterial properties of the formed nanofiber is desired.
What is your solution?
It is worth mentioning that currently we have consumed the whole polymeric blend precursor (more than 25 ml) and this layer is all we have.

You could use a warm-cold thaw process to get your film very slowly out. Another would be a scratch obtained film part to test.

Hi
If your film is insoluble in water you can use deionized water for easy peel off. For antibacterial testing you can use small pieces and perform disc diffusion method.
