My question relates to the context of a developing country such as Nepal.

1. People, in this time of COVID-19 lock- down, are showcasing the application of virtual classes in schools and colleges. But the fact is that there is no access of a reliable networking facility to more than 40-50 % students across the country. Is not this again a reproduction of making the already disadvantaged groups of students further disadvantaged?

2. Can a virtual space work as effectively as a live classroom in terms of the level of engagement and the quality of learning?

Thank you.
