No way! At most, you'd learn to say something (not enough to carry even a basic conversation). I keep in mind that understanding your interlocutor or the speaker means the other 50 % of "learning" a language.

In fact, it is possible. In 10 days you may learn a lot of useful vocabulary, phrases, and short sentences that can be used for travelling or ordering food.
